Risk decides who decides.

Every action gets a score from 0 to 100. If it’s above an agent’s trust, it climbs the reporting chain until someone can say yes.

The Risk Index

Agents act on their own, up to the line you draw.

Every action is scored. Each agent has a trust level for each kind of work. If the score is above that line, it goes up the chain, and if nobody else can say yes, it comes to you.

0–30

Routine. Recheck a page, publish a scheduled post, tag a ticket. Agents just do it.

30–70

Judgment. Restart a worker, refund a customer. It goes to whoever has the trust.

70–100

Consequential. Change prices, move money, delete anything. It comes to you.
